By engaging the brand under Faridism Production Sdn Bhd’s (“Faridism”, “the Company” and “our”) services, the client (“the Client” and “you”) agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on the Client’s first deposit.

Transportation :

1. Nationwide services are available.
2. Travel and toll charges are applicable for locations outside Kuala Lumpur.
3. Accommodation outside the Kuala Lumpur area is compulsory to be prepared by the respective client.
4. Accommodation that provided by client strictly rely on Faridism schedule to stay.
5. Transportation & accommodation charges will be implemented on top of the agreed package & to be advised by a sales representative.  For transportation outside Kuala Lumpur , the charge will vary based on the event’s location.
6. Both transportation & accommodation charges are to be agreed prior to booking and no dispute will be entertained upon agreement.

Payment, Booking & Refund :

1. Minimum deposit of RM500 or as per agreed must be made as confirmation of slot booking.
2. After the customer paid and agreed prior to booking, package prices are FINAL and NO DISPUTE will be entertained. However, customers are still able to add items if necessary.
3. Prices for the total package are not included with; courier delivery fee, parking fee, entrance fee, extra hours, or any special request. Faridism will charge according to the receipt provided as proof (parking or entrance fee).
4. For customers with the package of two events(and above) but decided to proceed with one event first, the payment to be made before the first event is based on the total for one event package (not based on the percentage).
5. Full payment is required before the photoshoot session. In the event a customer fails to settle the remaining payment, Faridism has the right not to send any photographer/Videographer for any occasion or any add on request by client (Eg: outdoor/preparation).
6. Faridism has the right to cancel any photoshoot booking if the full payment is not made by the Client one (1) month prior to the photoshoot date.
7. For any occurrence of an unexpected event including but not limited to cancellation of a photoshoot by Faridism, the Client will receive a full refund of their payment OR the Client may choose to replace the cancelled photoshoot with a new photoshoot session.
8. Any changes to the event date must be informed at least 30 days in prior to avoid any full slot, and any request to slot in  subject to availability.
9. Any refund will be credited to the client’s account within six (6) months (max) after submission of completed refund form by client.
10. Any payment shall be made to Faridism’s Malayan Banking Berhad bank account: –

Cancellation by Client :

1. In the event of cancellation made by the Client due to any kind of reasons, the deposit made by the client shall be forfeited.
2. The deposit made by the Client shall be fully refunded if the cancellation is made by Faridism.
3. The Client is not allowed to downgrade to any other package.
4. All booking fee/deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation or downgrade by client for any PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES OR ANY LIMITED SLOT OFFER.

Free Outdoor (portraiture) & Preparation Shooting :

1. Only valid for Wedding Related Events as stated in receipt/invoice
2. Faridism will decide the location and the time for the outdoor session.
3. FREE outdoor photoshoot sessions must be held right after  the event ends or just before the event starts on the same day and must be within coverage hours.
4. In the event of bad weather or impractical conditions, Faridism has the right to postpone  OR cancel OR switch to indoor shot(portraiture) for the free outdoor session on the same day.
5. FREE outdoor & preparation photoshoot is only valid for one (1) event. For example, for two (2) events (Solemnization & Reception), clients are subjected to a FREE one (1) outdoor & preparation photoshoot during the Reception.
6. Outdoor location must be near the event area.
7. Only one location for one outdoor session in coverage hours 30 min – 1 hours on the same day.
8. Extra charge will be applied if the client requests to choose their own outdoor location OR location outside of the event area OR changes of different attire for outdoor shoot.
9. Shooters will cover makeup preparation one (1) hour before the event starts.
10. Extra charges will be applied if shooters need to cover makeup preparation more than one (1) hour before the event starts.
11. Free items (including outdoor shot, preparation shot, poster frame, teaser or anything stated in invoice) are not usable for discount and not transferable to cash or substitute / replace with other day/things.
12. In case outdoor held on another day it is considered as a different package, additional charge will be applicable.
13. Distance from event place to make-up/preparation  & outdoor location are 20 kilometers maximum. Additional transportation charges will be chargeable to customers and will be advised by Faridism (Admin or Sales).

Event Cover (Only for Wedding Event) :

1. Extra charge will be applied if there is any additional event such as Aqiqah, Tahlil, Birthday Celebration, Engagement, Khatam Quran or any other unmentioned event during OR before OR after Solemnization, Reception or Tandang Event.
2. Our team will ONLY cover the specific event booked by the client as per stated in the official receipt.
3. Our team will only focus fully on the bride and the groom starting from makeup, family group photo up until outdoor/ portraiture session.
4. Additional Photographer or Videographer will be needed if the client requests to focus solely for each bride / groom,  full event, guest, specific shots or family/parents/VVIPS.
5. One (1) Photographer OR 1 Videographer will only be focusing on the bride and groom. Additional charges will be applied for any extra shooting of other people / couples.
6. Standard coverage time for solemnization will be less than 5 hours and standard coverage for reception is less than 8 hours; this includes coverage from preparation until outdoor.
7. For any event that took long hours or had a big gap in between on the same event, RM100 extra charge will be applicable per hour for each shooter.
8. Faridism are not responsible for any missed shots in situation where customer refuse photoshoot session due to any kind of reason by client (Eg: not fit, tired, busy or not available)
9. If the event’s scheduled duration is delayed instead of details given earlier by client without prior notice to Faridism and the designated photographer/videographer are already on location, extra working hours will incur an additional charge of RM100 hour per shooter.
10. Tentative Event Flow :The following outlines the expected flow and coverage of each event. Faridism Production will follow these schedules unless instructed otherwise by the Client in advance and Faridism agree to cover.

1. Majlis Nikah (Solemnization)

The coverage will begin with makeup preparation and details, followed by documentation of the pelamin (wedding dais) and hantaran (gift trays). The ceremony will include the Akad Nikah, Batal Air Sembahyang, group photos with family and friends, posing at the pelamin, and an outdoor photoshoot. (Available/not available, based on the package book)

1. Majlis Sanding (Wedding Reception)

Coverage will include makeup and preparation, pelamin and hantaran details, the berarak (entrance) ceremony, salam restu, makan beradab (formal dining session), cake-cutting ceremony, group photos, posing at the pelamin and time with family and friends, an outdoor shoot (Available/not available,based on the package book) .

1. Majlis Tandang (Reception at Groom’s Side)

Coverage will follow a similar structure to the Sanding event, including makeup, pelamin and hantaran documentation, berarak, salam restu, makan beradab, cake-cutting, group photos, posing at the pelamin and sessions with family and friends, outdoor photography (Available/not available, based on the package book).

1. Majlis Berinai (Henna Night)

Coverage includes makeup, the berarak procession, traditional rituals and salam restu, group photos, the berinai (henna) ceremony, and additional posing sessions including any outfit changes (1 unit) (Available/not available, based on the package book).

1. Majlis Tunang (Engagement)

The engagement event will be covered starting with makeup and pelamin/hantaran documentation, followed by berarak, a family discussion session, the ring ceremony (sarung cincin), group photos, posing sessions and time with family and friends, an outdoor shoot (Available/not available, based on the package book).

Event Cover (Only for Content Creator Wedding Packages under NikahWed):

1. Our team will ONLY cover based on specific hours booked by the client as per stated in the official receipt and invoices.
2. Clients will receive all delivery products based on item and duration as per stated on packages only.
3. Additional charges may apply if a client requests custom or add on item on packages.

Responsibility, Liability, Safety & Accidents

1. In case of accident/injury, natural disaster, epidemic, violence or death to Faridism photographer/videographer & anything that are beyond Faridism control during travelling to the event location, Faridism will find a replacement. If Faridism fails to provide replacement, full payment will be refunded to the client.
2. Faridism is not responsible for any photography/videographer lateness due to incomplete address, wrong information or last minute changes of info by client.
3. Faridism shall not be held responsible for any accidents, incidents, including causes of death, directly or indirectly related to customers, that may occur during the event or while travelling to the event/outdoor location.
4. Faridism shall not be held responsible if a photographer/videographer fails to capture shots during the event if the customer does not  provide complete info regarding details, reference, special request or who must be included in the photoshoot.
5. If something beyond Faridism control occurs, such as loss/corruption of a memory card, system failure or equipment theft resulting in Faridism fails to deliver according to invoice stated, a refund will only be provided for that specific component  or part that Faridism failed to deliver only.
6. Faridism retains the authority to remove  any files pertaining to the customer product(including photos and video) after a duration of 12 months from the date of the last event. Any request for softcopy after 1 year subject to Faridism to entertain or availability in the Faridism server system.

Production :

1. The layout and the design of the album shall be solely chosen by Faridism’s editor.
2. Video storyline is made based on the creativity of Faridism’s editor.
3. Album photo, videos are as sample shown, and Faridism has the right to decline requests for editing style, tone or preset that don’t match our established process and identity as shown in social media or by sales representatives.
4. Any special request(reference) should be informed earlier to PIC (admin) before events are held.
5. Extra charges will be applied if there are any requests and/or changes made by the client for the album layout and video storyline.
6. As creativity is subjective and opinion based, there will be no refund or compensation if the customer argues that outputs delivered did not meet their expectation.
7. All photos produced by photographers will be returned in softcopy (photos are not edited except for the photos selected used in album and teaser). Photos given might include mixed results of properly & improperly shot – underexpose, overexpose, cropping, blurring and repeated.
8. Softcopy for  raw photo/video by request only and sent through link via Faridism server system or client can bring their own hard disk/pendrive during collection of the final product.
9. By using the services of Faridism, you agree that only photos/video captured by Faridism will be included in the final product. Any requests to incorporate external photos/video will not be entertained.
10. Faridism does minor editing only; color, tone adjustment, brightness enhancement and cropping if needed.
11. Any request to change poster frame, image in album, song in video not be entertained after Final Reminder time frame given by admin.

Product Delivery :

1. Collection of products may be made after 90 working days from the last event’s shot or after receiving notice collection from admin product.
2. Clients will receive products as per stated in the official receipt / invoice.
3. Customers will be provided with 16GB pendrive / link/ access to client database product based on the package as per invoice. If additional pendrive/hard drive are needed, a certain price will be charged accordingly to the customer.
4. Collection of products shall be made at Faridism office as follows:

No. 257A & No. 259A, 
Jalan Mahkota, Taman Maluri, 
55100 Kuala Lumpur. 

5. Transportation cost shall be borne by the client in the event of any delivery of products be made to the client. Eg: courier, lalamove and others.
6. Faridism shall not responsible if product is not arrived or damaged or losses during/after delivery.
7. Clients shall collect the products within 4 weeks after the product is ready. Penalty of RM150.00/per month shall be charged to the client in the event of failure of collection of the finished products.
8. Faridism shall not responsible for any losses, damage, or condition of finish product for any failure collection of products after 6 months.
9. Faridism has a right to dispose product after 1 years if there no any collection from client side.

Fast Editing Video / Photo :

1. The client will be given a pendrive containing the fast editing video OR editing photo.
2. None of the Faridism team members shall be responsible or in charge to play the fast editing video during the event.
3. A fee of RM350.00 will be charged in the event the client requested Faridism team to play any videos /photos during the event and the client shall have to book early for the fast editing slot.
4. The client needs to book/inform early to Faridism team for any fast editing video/photo where a charge will be applied.

Rehearsal / Team Meeting Charge :

1. If a full rehearsal (live feed / MCP / Video / Photo) requested by the client, full package price shall be charged.
2. Sound test / wiring test shall be settled within ONE hour on site. If it requires more than an hour, the client will be charged RM100.00 per hour and an additional charge for Faridism transportation and parking fee.
3. Full team meeting between Faridism team and the client shall be settled within TWO hours.

Dispute Resolution and Reputation :

Any issues should be addressed directly with Faridism in a private manner. If the client is found to have created social media content that damages the reputation of the Company, legal action may be pursued as outlined in these Term & Conditions.

Usage Of The Product On Faridism’s Social Media :

Faridism is the copyright owner of the images from the photoshoot session and has the right to publish the images on the company’s website, social medias (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok) and also use it in any editorial content (like magazine, articles, or newspaper stories) wherever appropriate. The Client may request the company to take down their photos from the company’s website and/or social media and it is up to the company’s discretion to take down the photos or leave it on the website or social media as it is.
